Easy to use... hehe - Good luck as there are quite a few steps involved. Get MKVToolNix (http://www.matroska.org) which contains MKVExtract with will seperate the streams. I wouldn't call it easy to use though; it is a command-line tool. Honestly, it would be best just to enjoy the file as an MKV. The effort to convert it to AVI just isn't worth it. MKV is superior anyway. :D

Just my 2 cents.

Hi,

I just need to know this because I cannot keep thses files on my pc. 19 eps of Harlock and going strong will kill my memory.  I need to convert to avi so I can then convert to dvd and burn to disk

Do you have a step by step for me to follow with the aPplication u suggested?  I am going nuts trying to do this with Supe c and river past video cleaner.

Will future harlock eps be in AVI like the 1st ssx ep was?

Thanks again!

Mike
