Where can I find a new epizodes of this Anime?
(with english subbtitles)
I mean the epizodes from 24 to 26.

Since it's been licenced, I would say:
"buy it, whenever it is released" :>

In the mean time, if not already done, you shoud take a look at the live action version subbed by Binky and al. (which really is LOCH, while it seems the anime was ROCH-the second story). It's definitely worth your time and attention  8)
