Trying not to go too crazy when I see really good deals and etc. 

Oh, absolutely!  I have self-control issues when it comes to sales (curse you TRSI!), but I'm slowly getting better.

Well, it all started when I watched Spirited Away on a whim.  That film got me hooked on Hayao Miyazaki first of all.  Then I discovered fansubs/dvd rips and the rest is history. 

I do buy a heckuva lot of anime and manga though.  Too much even.  My wallet hates me and my Japanese pop culture obsession ...

I'm not really "from" anywhere, being a military brat and all.  I was born in New Jersey, but have lived in various places around the world.  Currently living in the great state of Arizona.

Hello all, JayGee here.  I'm a new QC recruit.  Been an anime fan for roughly two years, but I'm only just now getting my feet wet when it comes to getting involved in fansubbing.
