Excellent first episode.

One question and I gotta ask. How does one go about converting MKV files to AVI to turn to DVD? Any suggestions would be helpful.

Glad you enjoyed the first episode!

As for converting MKV to DVD, this forum probably isn't the best place to ask. I would suggest having a look on doom9.org as there are some wonderful guides there.

Honestly, this is cumbersome, or at least sounds so. It is prolly better to buy cables to hook up your computer to your TV Directly, if at all possible.

I did not know that Waga Seishun no Arcadia was licensed until it was mentioned here (at Live-eviL) --- in fact, I had been waiting for you guys to announce you would sub it!  Well, once it was mentioned, I ordered it, and the shipment from the US finally arrived yesterday afternoon.  I watched the movie last night, and loved it!  I shall have to check out this episode tonight, though it said on the DVD that the series was axed before it finished.  A shame really, but does anyone know how it ended up?  Was it a jarring cut, or did they give us a rushed conclusion?

I can't remember the last time I've enjoyed watching anime so much!  My face hurts from grinning thru that lift off scene.  Having to wait years and years decades for it makes it all the sweeter.  Sail on, space pirates!

Here's a crazy request, but do any of you Matsumoto anime fans happen to either be yourselves, or know someone who is, proficient enough in Japanese that they could be a translator for one of our Matsumoto series?

It would be inexpressably great to have another TL working in the Matsumoto division, right now we are majorly understaffed in that area.  :-\ So if anyone can help us out, or knows someone else who would be interested in doing so, please send Yaoiboy a PM! As always, thanks for supporting the Matsumoto division as we work to bring you high quality subs of Matsumoto's anime classics!  :D

SORRY for the delay. We are working on it, but the since some of the staff is missing, it makes it very difficult. Another Normal Harlock should come out soon.
