I'd say I'm indifferent to the anime in general, but if I had to pick who I liked better it'd be L, just because he isn't an evil maniac.  ;)

See, bobby's reason for not picking Light is the exact reason I picked him.  He entertains me more than L does, at least at this point in the series.

I guess it's a male person who voted for Ryuk...jealous of Light and L's popularity.  :D

I go for Light as he entertains me again. Although I am definitely a Yamaguchi Kappei fangirl dating back from the beginning of Detective Conan anime series.

As the previous post says, nope I didn't vote for him. Normally when I make a poll, I get some other people to vote before placing my one so that people can't guess who I voted for... not that it's a big deal with this particular thread though.

Well, I like L except he looks horrible. Light is sexier.  :-[

Exactly. That's the first and foremost reason behind my sudden 'L ><'. Those eyes definitely turned me off. Doesn't go at all with the voice acting of Yamaguchi Kappei.

I was wondering the same thing, L has dilated pupils, looks like he is ill or on drugs.
Btw he's not supposed to look nice since he is The Hunchback of Notre Dame and Light Phoebus.

Light all the way, his sly evilness makes him really entertaining to watch. Although I would've liked him more as a righteous crusader (before the crossed the line into being a serial killer). His voice and the way he looks is more appealing to me at the moment. I really like Kappei's voice though, so maybe I'll get over his funny looking eyes as the show progresses, heh. :P

N/M I did vote and it wasn't for L, yes the eyes are creepy and that is why they are cool.
