The word "tyrol" should be "Tirol" and doesn't actually feature in the original song, but I suppose has been put there by the japanese translater to point to the origin of the song. The "Spring" that you mentioned is Peters Spring and is supposed to be a pub allthough it also could be possible that Spring is related to "After Easter" which is mentioned in the 2nd verse alltough I doubt it as it ruins the flow of the song. The "Song" represents the call / sound of the Cuckoo in the woods.

I suppose the title of the song reads: And now I go to Peters Pub.

Yes, in a bavarian context "bruennele" refers to an "[small] [old] well" where water for the village (or just the nearby cottages) is fetched. Because of this, its a place where the people inevitably meet, for a chat or, as in this case, just take a rest from days work and enjoy a glass of wine or two at the nearby located inn.

Actually that same song was used in ep21 and 22 of the 1981 WMT series "Flone on the Marvelous Island", based on the novel "Swiss Family Robinson"
