Hello Bobby!
I'm glad to hear these good news! Creamy Mami was one of the first animes I watched and I never got to see the ending! Thanks for stepping up to the translator position!!!
Also I see from your avatar that you are a kodocha fan
ganbatte!
I only wish I was talented enough to be a translator Babitto! What I do as the editor is make sure script punctuation and spelling is correct as well as rewording and "Englishifying"
some of the less understandable diologue so that you Mami fans wil be able to easily follow what it going on in each episode.
Luckily, the last 7 episodes of the series are already translated, so they just have to go through pre-editing, translation check (by the lovely and talented Tsubasa
), main editing, then off to the Quality Control Channel where our dedicated QC staffers do an error check. Next, any errors are fixed by the editor, and the episode is then given one final look by the QC staff to make sure its good to go. After that, it gets released!
As you can tell, at Live-eviL we make every effort to make sure that our releases are of the finest quality. It may take a little longer that way, but we believe producing a quality fansub is worth it.
On a side note, we could use a few more Quality Control Checkers at this time for Creamy Mami and other Live-eviL series. If any of you fans feel like you have a good grip of the English language as well as good grammar and punctuation skills, and think you may have an hour or two per week to help out, please check out the "Come QC for Live-eviL" thread in the "Live-eviL Recruitment Center" forum. We could use your help!
