VK has an older, sturdier frame compaired to the VL, which was a bit of a nut job, but extremely popular

Someone had one on Ebay a while ago that they wanted about $30,000.00 for or something, as it'd only done 2,000km in it's entire life, and was "AS NEW"... Hah!

well where i am we are still on the topic of imports lol...god bless america(cept i wish teh sports cars were a lil less expensive/heavy/bad body roll...i wish america would amke some domestic small front rears) we need something aside form vet viper and the chyslers and ugly machines that have been made recently(300C ring a bell?) and the redo of the muscle cars need a bit mroe muscle.but hey its america, how often to we do great things in the auto industry.

VL was a completely revised body from what I've read of some articles, as it has less of a "Chassis" type construction, and more of the "Body" type we see today (Only SUVs and stuff like that have a chassis these days)

But, yeah... Saw an interesting race this morning... R32 GTR Vs Supra (Say about a 1997 model) from the lights near my place... GTR creamed the Supra completely... Then a cop car creamed them both... Went past again about 20 mins later and their cars were just being towed away

Don't laugh at me too much for this comment...

Anybody else seen the Dukes of Hazard movie?  The only reason I ask is because the stunt drivers in that have the Charger sideways (drifting) for close to the entire movie.

dunno if anyone knows, but watching the drift competitions (america), up until now, the GTO and Viper have been dominating, and S13 and the only AE86 (180hp) are usually close to the top as well.  I personally think that this year, the 86, and the new Mustang are looking better now that the drivers are used to them.

doubt it, the majority of members probably agree with the comment . Guess we will have to be patient a little longer. LE have spoilt us well in the past, we owe it to them to be patient when they are having a few hiccups!

and the stunt driver wasn't actualy a stunt driver he was a driver from D1 USA
