It most likely has something to do with the way that your ISP works.  They probably resist high uploads, trying to keep you from running a website off of your internet connection.  So, I don't think that there is anything that you can do about it...

I am wondering what is the title of the insert song in espisode 3 and 4.
it sounds good, however, i can't hear it clearly, since there are characters talking (it's a background song anyway).
so i wish to know its title and artist, so i can find it on the net.
if you have the full lyris, too, it will be great.
if you don't, it's fine, i will find it.
